Small UAS

Smal Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS), especially camera drones, provide many commercial opportunities.  ACS will provide assistance in learning to fly your drone, how to take meaningful pictures and video, and operate legally and safely.

ACS can provide assistance in obtaining the Commercial Remote Pilot Certificate necessary to be compensated for your services.

Some examples of commercial drone applications are shown below…

Commercial and Residential Real Estate

Showcase your property with high quality photographs or video.  Aerial views can provide a stunning and unique perspective and establish surrounding environment. Whether home, apartment, office building or commercial facility, high quality aerial photography and 4K video can showcase the location, amenities, and surrounding environment.

Facility Inspection

A safe, cost effective way to evaluate damage, condition or to document new installations. Detailed photographs provide the basis for effective decision making. Damage assessment, whether rooftops, HVAC installations, building exteriors, bridges or other structures can be easily accomplished using drone imagery for decision making and documentation.

Construction, Evaluation, and Progress

Drones can capture a variety of angles, close-up details, and wide perspective to maximize and document a project. If needed, follow-up inspections can document progress of construction or identify developing issues.

Marketing and Advertising

Showcase your commercial property with a wide variety of angles and views with stunning aerial photography and 4K videography. Establish surrounding context with existing tenants, anchor retailers, location features and more.

Operations under Part 135

ACS will familiarize you with Part 107 Small Unmanned Aircraft Systems understanding FAA requirements for your successful transition for operating Drone Aircraft.

Participants in these programs are among the first to prove their concepts, including package delivery by drone through part 135 air carrier certification. Part 135 certification is the only path for small drones to carry the property of another for compensation beyond visual line of sight.

Let ACS support you in certifying your organization for Part 135 operational and maintenance requirements.

We have tools ensuring all maintenance and operation activities are complied with to the highest degree of safety.  Our tools are a compilation of our Industry & FAA expertise, FAA Data Collection Tools, and our Evaluation Tracking Tool (ETT).
